The plot presents a "strangely attired woman named Ada" who tasks the characters with traveling into the Gemstone Grotto—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to save her ally from a secret group.

The adventure centers on "bizarre trials and a terrifying foe" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

The preview showcases the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The trailer finishes with a powerful sequence showing a character, probably the captive, changing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
